Therapy can seem daunting initially, as you may be uncertain of your needs or goals. You know something isn’t right and want it fixed. If you are here, you likely wish to create positive changes in your life. If seeking a path to personal growth, improved mental health, and overall well-being, therapy is a fantastic place to begin. You deserve support. If your body was struggling, you’d seek help, if your mind is struggling you should seek help. Incorporating creativity into therapeutic practices, art therapy offers a unique and effective approach to healing and self-discovery. You do not need artistic skills to benefit from therapy that incorporates art/creative interventions. 

As an active participant, we work towards self-healing using creative exercises, holistic therapeutic techniques, and support from someone who cares about your well-being. During sessions, you have the agency to determine your level of engagement with different approaches. My role is to understand your perspective, meet you there, and provide evidence-based guidance for healing.
